Why bagel shop advice sucks

Two fitness influencers walk into a bagel shop. One screams carbs are poison. The other yells they're pure fuel.

Both have abs. Both have science. Both are absolutely convinced the other one is destroying humanity.

Meanwhile you're standing there with a bagel wondering if you should eat it or use it as a doorstop.

Business advice works exactly the same way.

"Niche down or you'll never make money!" shouts one guru. "But niching too much leaves cash on the table!" fires back another.

Both have Ferrari screenshots. Both have testimonials. Both make you feel like you're doing everything wrong.

Here's what nobody wants to admit. They're both right. And that's exactly the problem.

Niching down when you're starting out? Brilliant move.
You need to be known for something before you can be known for everything.

But niching down after you've built authority?
That’s like a Michelin-starred chef handing out samples in a packed restaurant.

Context changes everything.

A hammer builds beautiful houses. Try using it for brain surgery and you'll make a mess that no amount of positive thinking can fix. Same tool, different moment, completely different outcome.

Most coaches are using strategies that worked three years ago for someone else's business stage. Then they wonder why their launches feel like throwing spaghetti at a wall while blindfolded.

That's why I don't teach tactics in isolation. I teach timing. I teach fit. I teach what works for YOUR specific moment.

Because what works is almost never the question. When it works is.
