Stop charging by the hour

I used to charge $150 an hour for coaching calls.

I was an idiot.

Here's why...

A client came to me struggling to close high-ticket sales. He was making maybe $40,000 a year and hating his job.

I spent one hour with him. We restructured his entire sales approach.

Within 90 days, he was making $15,000 a month. That's an extra $140,000 per year compared to where he was before.

Should I have charged him $150 for that hour?

Hell no.

I should've charged him based on the VALUE of solving that problem. Not the time it took me to solve it.

See, most people think about pricing all wrong.

They think, "how much is an hour of my time worth?"

That's the wrong question.

The right question is:
"How much is solving this problem worth to THEM over their lifetime?"

If you solve a money problem, the person makes more money forever.

If you solve a health problem, they feel better for the rest of their life.

If you solve a relationship problem, they're happier every single day moving forward.

That's worth WAY more than your hourly rate.

So stop charging for your time.

Start charging for the transformation.

Your bank account will thank you.

Cheers,

Jason
