Order of Operations
Does anyone remember P.E.M.D.A.S.?
Does anyone remember P.E.M.D.A.S.?
So if you have a math equation like:
7 + (6 × 52 + 3)
P.E.M.D.A.S. is a reminder to first start with:
P.arentheses then
E.xponents
M.ultiplication and
D.ivision and finally
A.ddition and
S.ubtraction.
This simple acronym
solves two critical problems
that parallel every business.
It informs the order in which you attack a complex problem.
And most importantly, it forces you to solve one challenge at a time.
The mistake I see is:
Most businesses are
attempting to solve their problems
in the wrong order.
AKA too much time spent on
A solution that gets
little to no return.
What’s worse is that they are attempting to
solve multiple problems simultaneously, therefore
not knowing which adjustments made the difference.
This is why so many coaches
are losing money.
Great clients are walking right past you
because you’re focused on the wrong problem.
If you want more clients …
Here is my order of operations
It’s called … M.M.A.P.S.I.
