Launching your offer?

Here’s a simple checklist to follow.

If you’re sitting on a great offer — a program, service, workshop, or even a one-on-one — and wondering how to actually get it out into the world…
This email is for you.

No hype. No 37-step funnel map.
Just a clear, practical checklist for launching your offer and making money.

✅ Start here:

1. What exactly are you offering?
What’s included?
How long does it last?
How will someone access it?

2. What internal problem does your offer solve?
(Think: fear, guilt, shame, judgment, unworthiness)

3. What external problem does it solve?
(Think: health, career, money, relationships, visibility)

💡 Your offer headline should lead with the external problem.
That’s what gets attention. Solving the internal problem is what creates transformation.

4. Who is it for?

5. Who is it not for?
Clarity attracts. Vague offers repel.

6. What’s the price?

7. How will someone buy it?
If it’s under $1,000, a simple sales page might be enough.
If it’s over $1,000, consider using a sales call.
(But context > rules.)

8. How are you tracking clicks?
Use a tool like Bitly, ConvertKit, or similar to measure traffic.

A lot of clicks but no purchases? That’s a messaging tweak.
Few clicks but some sales? That’s a traffic and awareness problem.
(Same outcome. Very different fix.)

9. Build your assets.
If you’re using sales calls: create a booking page like Calendly.
If you’re using a sales page: include checkout, testimonials, and clear next steps.

10. Pick your launch window.
3 to 14 days is the sweet spot. I like 10 days best.
Open your cart on a Monday–Thursday, and close it on a Monday–Thursday.
(Weekend buying energy is usually low.)

11. Every single day of your launch… ask for the sale.

📬 And one last thing…
Make a list of 25–50 people to personally DM.

Try this message:

“Hey [Name] — I don’t know if you saw, but I just launched [Name of Offer]. You were one of the first people I thought of because I genuinely think you’d be such a perfect fit. No pressure if you’re not, but I’d love to share more if you’re open.”

Simple. Direct. Relevant.

Your first few sales often come from proximity and clarity — not followers or fancy funnels.

For now, start with this.

Hope this helps.
