5 Must-Have Traits to Go Beyond 6-Figures

A client asked me the other day:

“What do you think’s the difference is

between coaches that make it

And those who don’t?”

So off the top of my head,

I ratted off these 5 Must-Have Traits:

#1 - The willingness to be seen looking foolish. 

The need to be seen as

Right, smart, pretty, or handsome

Will stop a lot of entrepreneurs from innovating.

If you’re not afraid of

Being seen starting over,

That trait can outwork

Talent or intelligence

any day of the week.

#2 - The willingness to love what’s hard. 

If you’re in business to chase the

The money, lifestyle, and recognition

Get out now.

Those mountain peaks

are far and few between.

The real question is

Can you fall in love 

with the sh*t work?

Because if you can learn to

Love the work when no one’s looking,

When there’s no money or recognition,

You’ve got a shot.

#3 - The willingness to be okay with losing money. 

You will spend a lot of money

to learn what not to do with money.

Learn to be okay with that.

#4 - The willingness to redefine self-worth. 

It’s human nature to 

define self-worth based upon

Money, likes, and recognition. 

But when you need self-worth the most it’s

When you don’t have any of them. 

Every successful entrepreneur I know

Has learned to own their worth

Even when their bank account doesn’t reflect it. 

#5 - The willingness to move towards when everyone else stops.

Paralysis without proof. 

When we’re in uncharted territory

we crave certainty and control.

We like to have plans. 

Step 1, Step 2, Step 3.

But the further you go 

The more you realize

There’s no “paint by numbers” path. 

The trick is …
